The Allers

The boy is out of control.  Noah is repeating EVERYTHING you say to him and he’s actually starting to compile sentences that make sense.  The other night I was eating a bowl of cereal and he asked for a bite.  I gave him one and he said "Yum, that bite was so good!"  Then last night we were eating dinner and he had a small piece of chicken on his finger.  He said "Daddy get it" so I told him to suck it off.  Noah responded with "Daddy suck it". 

He is also getting his hand and eye corrdination down really well.  Some of the things he can now do is:

• Kick a ball rolling to him
• He’ll jump in the air with both feet and kick the ball with his feet together
• Hit a ball with a bat that is tossed underhand
• Catch balls
• Jump with 2 feet

Nathan had his 2 month checkup a week ago and he’s doing great!  He weighed 11 lbs and is 22.5 inches long/tall.  This puts him at 25% for both height and weight.  Dr. Stephens said not to worry because at his next checkup we will be asking him why he’s so chubby. 

Nathan is now smiling a lot and is sleeping through the night.  He goes to bed around 10:30 and wakes up around the 6 o’clock hour.
